Some decisions made by companies are just inexplicable. Back in the 90s, Blockbuster Video sued Blockbustin’ Pizza in Pittsburgh. The pizza place was a small business and couldn’t afford to fight it so they had to change their name. That was the point at which most of us locals decided that we never wanted to rent from Blockbuster again.

Today we have Monster Energy Drink that is suing a Matt Nadeau of Rock Art Brewery, (http://rockartbrewery.com). Here is a video where Matt tells his side of the story.

There HAS to be a reason these types of ridiculous legal efforts exist–oh yeah, I guess today’s comic might help explain that.
