When agreeing is deceiving
Psychological studies show that there is a powerful effect that can occur when you randomly reward behavior. That is, when the reward appears not as a direct result of the same set of actions, but totally randomly. This can undercut the animal and make it more submissive since it never knows when the reward will be coming, nor does it know if it’s actions were “correct” to get the reward. This is a great tool and should always be used in business, as is evident in today’s comic.
