Wow, things are shaping up to be ridiculously great for my con, Intervention.

We just opened up Pre reg and you can book your room. Please pre reg as early as you can – we are not backed by a big company. More registrations sold = the better we can make the con! We also have the option to donate and Become an Enabler. Not only will you get your badge sent to you ahead of time, but you can also buy up to getting cool things like T Shirts, posters, and even a personal assistant.

If you can’t make it to the con this year but still believe in supporting a well-run convention that pays attention to the scene and allows artists, comics, and other independent creators of all sizes to shine – you can still Become an Enabler! We will mail you the goodies and a heartfelt thank you note!

In other news, we had a big rainstorm here in NJ. Trees fell down. The power went out. It was like the earth was being destroyed. Our water system got contaminated. Of course I didn’t find this out until after I drank some . :( A power outage, sickness from bad water, and crazy rain is not enough to stop me from getting the pre reg up for Intervention! This con will be the best run con in the Northeast. I am absolutely thrilled to be able to do this. Finally I can give back to the scene that has helped me so much! It’s not hard work if you believe in it like this. (OK, well it is still hard work but it’s awesome.)
