Today’s comic, which is number 200 of the new archive, reveals the most dreaded book of the Lifeside universe. No, it’s not the Necronomicon–that would be too easy (and smart). No, it’s a book way more dreaded–at least by the Geriatric Ones.

Imagine a book that was designed to reveal your worst mistakes. Biggest screw ups. Your very low IQ. Your almost fantastic lack of ability, motivation, and reach.

Now imagine the book that makes that one look like your greatest hits compilation. That’s the book Garthnell discovers in today’s comic. It’s name translates to “The Book Compiling the Incompetence of the Dead”.

Maybe we should rename the comic “Stupid and Insane Defenders Against Stupid and Insane Chaos”. Sort of sums up things nicely in fact.
