My testes are injured
So I have Netflix and they have a fitness section which is awesome. I tried the Crunch Boot Camp workout today. Now I finally undestand why people look at me funny when I say I do workout DVDs – this shit is SO FRUITY. I cannot DEAL. I feel like I got a workout, but I would not do this again. Apparently it has great reviews, but I personally feel like I’m doing the Barney the Dinosaur workout with a lot of marching and saluting. My FACE HURTS from the CORN. It’s got all the seriousness of a low budget after school special. The instructor was corny as hell and the workouts themselves were also corny and a little bit overcomplicated to fit in with the gimmick.
I’m going back to my Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD. That kicks some serious ass. It you want to get in shape, get this DVD. It’s hard as hell but after a week, it gets easier and your abs will be ripped as hell. That’s what it did for me.
